• Orders can only be canceled if the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at helpdesk@smiligence.in with your order details.
• If the cancellation request is approved, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

2. Refund Policy

Simbasmyth is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please refer to the following guidelines for refunds:

• Refunds are only applicable for orders canceled before shipment or for defective products reported within 7 days of delivery.
• For defective products, please contact our support team with details and photographs of the defect. We will review your claim and provide further instructions.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
